THE "ERROL" TROUSER IN TOBACCO BROWN
A timeless high-waisted trouser inspired by the golden age of British tailoring. Cut from an original 1930s pattern and handcrafted in England by a former Savile Row tailor, The Errol delivers an elegant silhouette with authentic vintage character.
Designed with a flattering high-rise waist, classic double pleats and a generous leg, it drapes beautifully while offering exceptional comfort. Traditional details—including brace buttons, belt loops, a button fly and neatly turned-up hems—complete a refined design that transitions effortlessly from formal dressing to relaxed tailoring.
Crafted from a soft, medium-weight cotton twill woven by Brisbane Moss, the fabric has been gently sanded for a smooth, luxurious handle. Its subtle structure perfectly complements the trouser's generous cut, allowing the pleats to fall with effortless elegance.

~1930s CREAM LIGHT WEIGHT TWILL SHORTS~
Made here in Norfolk, England, by a factory that has specialised in Workwear and uniforms since 1898. The fabric used is a beautifully soft light weight cream twill; the twill is made by Brisbane Moss and is called Bronte (woven in Turkey). These shorts are a lighter version of an original pair of 1930s Army shorts. Featuring a wide leg, a wide waistband, double pleats and buttoned belt loops; all features of the original.
Shorts were part of the hot climate uniform for all commonwealth forces during the Second World War. The British Army had a choice for uniforms, essentially cotton and wool. The thick cotton shorts were designed to be “Soldier Proof”, but also allow the free movement of air in hot climates. Team our shorts with anyone of our linen shirts for that Ralph Fiennes English Patient look or a "Henley" for a more relaxed look.
